TITLE:  TECHNICAL RECRUITER

REQUIRED SKILLS: Full recruiting process, prospecting, networking, leadership, and strong relationship building skills.  Excellent internet, PC and organizational skills.  Information Technology experience is a plus.
OPTIONAL SKILLS: Information Technology experience in a capacity other than staffing.
EDUCATION:      4 year degree

We are searching for a Recruiter that has successfully closed software staffing services positions with candidates for fortune 1000 accounts in the Denver area.
Proven track record of heavy prospecting, identifying qualified candidates quickly and successfully closing the position. You must be comfortable speaking to all levels of technical candidates. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Testing is required. Base Salary plus commission plan. Must be money motivated and have earned greater than $50,000 in your previous position.  Lower level recruiters with an excellent work ethic may also be considered.

New business development person that has successfully closed software staffing services with Project Managers, CIO's and other buyers inside fortune 1000 accounts in the Denver area.
Proven track record of heavy prospecting, identifying key buyers, and successfully developing and closing clients with a sales process. You must be comfortable speaking to all levels of decision makers. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Testing is required. This position is not limited by a restrictive territory and has a outstanding commission plan. Must be money motivated and have earned greater than $65,000 in previous position.
